ipad Highfliers final

Super excited, and a little nervous, to share with you, Bryn and Reeves’ story…I hope you love it!

How do you tame a drug lord when dealing is all he’s ever known?
Bryn Evans may seem like the new waitress in town, but truth is, she’s been around the block for years.
Rich, sexy, and wildly untameable, Reeves Walker might appear to be everything a woman wants, but for now all Bryn wants is to keep her enemies close and their enemies even closer.
But, how close is too close when dealing with one so dangerously sexy as Reeves Walker?

Release Day

Available Now

As always, on release day, I experience mixed emotions from excitement through to dread.

It’s not so relaxing to dish my baby up to the world and hope that those who take the time to read it get as much enjoyment out of the experience as I did writing it.

No matter the cocktail of feeling, I’m super excited to turn my focus to one of my many ideas waiting patiently for their turn in the spotlight.

I do hope you love Flic and Dave’s story…available now on ebook.

Happy reading.

New Beginnings

One of my favourite things about finishing a novel is that it makes room for another to take shape. My creative mind goes into over drive, I get very little sleep, three to four hours a night, and all because I can’t turn the inspiration off…and I don’t want to.

I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am about the story that keeps me up at the moment. Three lives collide in a way they never believed possible. It’s going to be a tricky concept to pull off, but I love a challenge, it keeps the passion alive for even longer and the sense of satisfaction when I finish will be a little sweeter too.

With Fake it ’til you make it due to be release in all eBook stores by tomorrow, and The Pact available on the 29th March, From The Heart  will receive one hundred percent of my attention over the next few weeks.

Super excited, and I look forward to sharing details with you soon.

Quote of the Week

You are the first and last thing on my mind each and every day.

Falling in love is often beyond our control. As if caught up in a whirlwind our emotions take over and all logic is stifled.

One of the most obvious signs that our heart has been well and truly captured is when our subconscious thoughts become prominent. When even on the brink of sleep, our mind hones in on that one special someone and lingers until we drift off, only to be waiting for sleep to fade and we wake.

Until recently I’d not experienced this, at least not since I was a teenager when I was certain I was in love with whichever gorgeous guy decided to pay attention to me for the week. But, now I know my heart has been claimed, as the hero of my dreams is my last thought in the evening and my first thought as I open my eyes.

Like a shadow I can’t shake it, no matter how hard I try. Being a strong believer in dreams do come true, perhaps the hero of my dreams will one day become my reality. Only then will he be more than my first and last thought of the day.

Has anyone left such a lasting impression that they creep into your thoughts and rarely leave?

Crazy how love works a trick so different on each of us…a pretty amazing trick at that.

Writing Goals For 2017

2016 was a quiet writing year for me as my personal life took a bit of a beating. Writing believable love stories whilst suffering heartbreak is no easy feat, and so I didn’t fight it, instead I took time to heal.

Now that I’m feeling a little more like my romantic self again, I’m eager to get started on my writing plan for 2017.

There are projects I have started and will continue to work on, others I will be adding over the course of the year, but this is what I have so far…in no particular order…

  1. A Valentine’s Day Special ~ title unknown
  2. A Novel For Each Season, &
  3. I intend to write my first Christmas Season novel next year too.

For now I will leave the list on the lighter side because who knows what the future may hold!

My next step in goal setting includes scheduling each book for a desired release date, then breaking down the process to ensure my aim is achievable. It’s a little time consuming, but I have so much I want to fit into 2017 that I think it will pay off in the long run.

Are you a goal setter? Feel free to share the process that works for you. I love reading how others go about planning for the future.
